800 - Journal Anniversary (800th Entry)

Another 100 posts have been made since my last journal statistics review back on entry #700. Journal statistics are based on last 800 entries (including this one). The figures in brackets are the statistics from the first 700 entries only.

In 893 days, 800 entries were made... which means that one journal entry is made every 1.12 days on average (previously 1:1.12 days - no change in the update frequency). Journal friends were only reduced by 4, even though a major friends cut was made. Comment counts grew at a steady rate of approximately 29% and 32% in the past 100 entries--to others and received (previously 31% and 31%), due to continued regular participation in my journal from LJ friends.
The friends count is well below the cap of 60 friends (cap was increased from 55) and no major friends-cuts are planned.
Also, if I have removed you from my list in the past, please do the honorable thing and remove me from your list as well. For one, you won't be able to read anything other than entries that consist mainly of memes, quizzes or news articles, and secondly you won't even be able to comment without being screened. I took you off my list for a reason, yanno. :P
27.75% of the journal posts are visible to anyone (previously 30.80%), and 72.25% are restricted (previously 69.20%). This reflects the ongoing trend towards making this journal becoming more restricted than in the past. While there are currently no plans to make it 100% restricted, the policy of restricting all entries other than memes and news articles will remain in place.
Two additional communities have been added to the roster: bythetaste (icon community) and istill_ (icon journal), bringing the total to 7 approved communties/icon journals (excluding paidmembers).
