Well, the Indiana Legislature has approved the Major Moves bill...the long and the short of it is that it means leasing the Toll Road. Whee! The only part of that bill that really concerns me is the US-31 bypass that they want to build between South Bend and Indianapolis, more specifically the part that goes through Kokomo.
