Ok so if abortion should be legal because the woman cant afford to support a baby(which is the majority of the times(besides that the woman is a slut and wants to slut more without having to pay for daycare)) Shouldnt the man have a say too ( Read more... )

well, if the man doesn't want the baby...can't he just give up parental rights and not have to pay child support? if it doesn't already work like that it should. that way the man can have a say and a woman doesn't have to have an unwanted abortion. just my thoughts.

Logically it makes sense, but the thing is, the child is the main concern. If any dad could just give up rights, we'd have millions more kids on welfare. I don't think anyone should be forced to have an abortion. Men do have some control over the situation - they can not have sex or make sure they're protected.

Is this someone you know?

To answer your question. There is something called spousal consent which was established by the Supreme Court in the 1980s. So yes, Manwhore #1 does have a say in this. If he doesn't want to abort the baby, slutty girl can't abort the baby because it has his DNA too.
