Our upstairs neighbors are insane. I've never heard it this bad. Yelling, screaming, pleading, crying, bam, boom. Now it's gotten relatively quiet. I wonder if they moved it to the living room? Chronic tension headaches are teh suck. Espesially when they've been going on a year, almost every evening. I wonder if they'll ever cross over into migraine territory? It's November 27th, and I should NOT have the AC on. Someone wake up the god of Winter, and tell him to get his lazy ass to work.

I missed a site visit today. That's where all the little pharm students go to watch the big pharmacists do their job. According to the syllabus, punishments can be from "up to 10%" of your final grade cut, to failure of the course. I'm not happy. Not only did I pass my first hard tests of pharm school, I actually made A's. Not so with the rest of my classmates. There were a LOT of failing grades. I don't understand...the tests didn't seem that much more difficult than the ones I had as an undergrad, except for the sheer volume of material. Because crying in public isn't cool. Good-bye, sweet Nola, my favorite big city. Yesterday I was hopeful. Now my hope vanishes. I'm glad I got to see you before you were gone. I still hope you will return someday, in some recognizable form. And if not, it's yet another passing of something that I will never cease to mourn.
