Is there any brick-and-mortar options to find a good teacup storage box? I have found a lot made in canvas but I am looking for wood if possible. It's actually for some tiny Chinese-style pots so teabag storage boxes might work size-wise but I would need to see them in person so online stores don't work.

Do you have a Container Store near you? If so that's where I'd look. May not be able to find anything in wood, most likely some kind of plastic, but they have an insane variety of storage boxes.

Have you checked out craft stores or hardware stores to see if you can modify/build your own? You could add in a little padding or that grassy fill type stuff to cushion the cups.
