(BTW- I FF for medical reasons)

Everyone made over how adorable and social Jasper was...they played with him. Did little tests and stuff to see if he's reached all his milestones. He had. The doctor wished me farewell - then BLEW A RASPBERRY ON HIS NAKED TUMMY! Wth? Do not put your lips or saliva on my baby! We don't need your germs!

When my son's ped told me that she was concerned with my son's "above average BMI" I just stared blankly at her. I thought, "did you not just examine my son? I mean, what other 3 year olds have muscle definition?" She told me to cut back on fast food and milk (that we really don't eat that often)
Here are some pictures of my "overweight" son during that time. (going through his "I only want to wear undies" phase)

holy hell...... what is happening to doctors?

my ped kinda did the same thing to me at t's 6 month check up... Tegan was acting very unlike herself and felt feverish and had the runs.. the ped said "its normal" and sent me home.. turns out she had a really, really nasty stomach virus and it lasted a week.

yeah, the nutrionist at WIC tried to tell me Ephy was too fat when he was like...5 months old. all he was taking in was formula and it was within their recommended ounces per day. he was on no solids what so ever. then my mom kept trying to tell me that he "needed" to be on solids around 9 or 10 months while we were staying with her over the holidays. um, the boy is about 25 pounds on just formula. i think he's doing fine. *rolls eyes*

yeah, i'd find a different doc if i were you. one who didn't get their degree out of a cereal box. lol.
