I had this weird dream this afternoon while I was taking a nap

My friend Diana has often described to me a similar experience upon waking up -- not being able to move, being aware but paralyzed. It always makes me think of how they say that sometimes when they put people under anesthesia they are paralyzed but can feel everything and are completely aware.

There's a movie about it that I've been meaning to watch. It's got Jessica Alba in it. I think it's called "Awake." While they think the dude is knocked out he overhears a conspiracy to kill him or something.

I've heard of that sleep paralysis thing before, from the guy who freaked me out talking about seeing ghosts. He says he'll wake up but not be able to move no matter what's going on around him.

And wow, that dream was crazy. And sad.
