This was *hilarious*. Have you already done 'A Knight's Tale'? Talk about anachronistic!

I would think that "A Knight's Tale" would fall into the same category as "Shakespeare in Love," i.e. the anachronisms are there deliberately, and they weren't even TRYING for anything like historical accuracy.

That's true. I really like Heath and Paul and even Shannon (?) and I *love* Rufus, but I couldn't stand that movie. That horrible music, those horrible gowns - ack!

I admit it, I could shut down and just enjoy that one because it wasn't TRYING to bill itself as historically accurate; so it falls into the same category as, say, Errol Flynn. It's when they try to claim they're "twu stories" (King Arthur, Elizabeth) that set me a-shriekin'.

Another great sporking! That's another film I'm glad I didn't see.

--No wonder Merlin didn't want to be in this movie.--
Yes, indeed!

Tommy Hilfiger's medieval collection?

*coughs up soda*

Really, compared to those costumes, the "Princess Bride" was more realistic.

Fuck. That says it all.
