So it was like 9 months ago where I was all 'yay, people will rent to me!' then a day later going 'oops never mind D:'
I am now in my own place, on my own lease, for the first time in.. 8 years?
It's a pretty freakin' awesome thing. A little scary and tight money-wise, but it will work out.

When you decide to say that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I'm completely incompetent at troubleshooting in front of your boss, you'd best be correct.
And if you're not correct, you'd best hope at least that I'm not able to duplicate the problem on command, in front of said boss. -
