Sports are supposed to be a way to relieve stress, not be a source of stress. I always leave practice feeling discouraged and frustrate. I finally finished deleting all my old posts. It's always good to purge once in awhile, just throw out everything in the past. The past can serve to teach some lessons, but overall it is pretty much useless. There is no sense in living in the past - or the future - the present is all we have.
