Yeah, there's good food almost everywhere. But Oconomowoc, Wisconsin hasn't managed to find cuisine yet. It was better than the food we found in Oshkosh a few years ago, and at least we didn't have to fall back on Chili's or Applebee's.

I feel you. I used to live in Wisconsin. The Appleton Menasha area. Good food was difficult in some areas. You just have to look really hard.

I think the focus at restaurants was more on quantity than quality.

How have you been lately? Enjoying the transition from spring to summer?

It's still transitioning here in the High Desert. I'm not complaining. I know once it get hot here it will be uber hot and miserable. My folks don't have air conditioning.

I thought everyone north of 138 had AC! I guess the good news is that if you have access to a car you could hike Big Bear, or even head down to the beach for a day to cool off.
