that all has to do with the "recent list" thing. I'm getting evicted from my apartment because of what my ex told the landlady. My ex decided one night to just move out, but you're not allowed to do that without giving a 30 day written notice. The only way for her to get out of that was to say she was fleeing from danger, and that I was abusing her. She also told her that there were holes in the walls etc. etc. Which there isn't. It was all false. When I told all this to the landlady, and invited her to check the apartment. She said she wouldn't do that without an escort. So I called the police department and they told me they don't do that. SO....the jist of it: The landlady's throwing me out on heresy and won't inspect the apartment which I've kept quite fresh. No marks no holes, no nothing. So I'm screwed. Right now I'm bluffing. I'm talking to the owner of the company paul calvo. That's it though: Me Talking. Nothing else. I'm guessing the landlady thought I was stupid or something, to think I would just leave. Her notice isn't

Well, just don't tell the landlord that you can't take them to court. The more they sweat, the more helpful they are going to be. Bluffing is definitely a good call on this one. It sounds like the landlady is a jackass.
