Supper Bowl: Caution, first world problem ahead!

Is it just me, or is it horribly rude to invite someone over on Super Bowl Sunday when you're obviously not planning on watching the Super Bowl? I mean, I'm not a HUUUUGE NFL fan (although I love the game of football) but this is the one day out of the year where I have to watch a game. You know? it is pretty rude! good for you making your own stuff, sounds pretty delicious. I made natchos earlier too, but basic chicken ones. (and now spicy chicken wings are almost ready)

Beyonce was fabulous. hot damn.

If I did such a thing it would probably be out of ignorance, I do not care for sports and don't watch television so I tend not to know when the big games are. If I did know about the game I would make it clear that the invitation was not to watch the game and not be upset if the person invited said they would rather watch it.

In related news this explains why so many grocery stores have specials on snack foods this week :D
