No one's around anymore. Where did you all go? The internet is barren and I've no social framework upon which I can rely. 

I'm tired of my life being an endless routine of sick, convoluted confusion mixed with stagnation. School needs to get harder, and life outside it needs to make sense of itself, the current modus operandi is difficult to sustain.

 Today is my brother's last day home, tomorrow he goes back to Cornell. This is probably the last summer he'll spend home. I feel kind of bad, we didn't spend all that much time together in the past few months, because either I've been busy or he's been with his girlfriend. Yep, in the Upper Peninsula. There is basically no service anywhere here...ah well. It's pretty. I'm bored. It's actually better than I'm making it seem like.

 There are times in life when having metal allergies SUCKS. The idea of piercings and tattoos is appealing, and after doing research it seems best that I avoid these things. Even worse, people aren't even sure what type of allergy I have (probably nickel). Argh, being limited is one of the worst feelings ever.
