oh look at the time... i have 3 days off, i eat and i play computer games, and i try to sleep, i get tired enough as i'm falling asleep i try to goto bed, whch is in another room, so to promote better and easier sleeping at night, or any time of day, but once i lay down, i'm fully awake again. so out i go and do more things, then i try again, and ( Read more... )

...and this isn't something you haven't heard before but... get some exercise and you will sleep better!

Seriously, if you're having trouble going to sleep, go for a walk around the block. Wash your windows or something. I know you can't really do much when you're exhausted (I know I can't be trusted with stairs, for example when I'm that tired) but if you can plan to do something before you get to that point, it helps.

Beyond that un-asked for advice, I hope you get through it all, man. Been thinking about you.

jailbait came by with his friend and we went out for food, sat down in a park and ate it, then we came back to my place and watched a movie. then i went to be at 3am, got up at 745 to goto work, even i had passed 6 snoozes. still screwed
