I have a lot more boating experience than I do Frisbee experience :-)

you guys beat the fuck out of them... i wonder if the other teams have practices at pools and do visualization exercises before they row.

A lot of the teams just showed up. They had only been to the one open practice on the river the day before. After we smoked them we told them that we had been practicing for 6 weeks. They felt better.

I might go to a few more races in Wisconsin later in the year. Those teams will be more competition.
