You're welcome. I'm so glad you enjoyed what was seemingly an awesome show. Somebody videoed Hey, Mr. DJ and it sounded so nice. I hope this wasn't a one-off.

The funny thing about Linnell on clarinet was that while I was in Vail on the shuttle bus, I was thinking about how many times I had seen TMBG, but never got a chance to see Linnell on horns. So, I listened on my iPod to old live stuff of his playing Reprehensible and Yeh Yeh. And this was before I even knew he dusted off the clarinet for this show.

but secretly I like it because there's a Danny solo at the beginning.

I hope Hey Mr. DJ wasn't a one-off too; you'd think if they put that much work into it, they'd play it again.

Yay! Sounds like so much fun. And they were in suits! They're so adorable in suits.

Yeah, Dan definitely did the Istanbul solo at my show too.

And Metal Detector! And silly banter about netspeak! Did Linnell say "L-O-L, or "lol", by the way? (I tend to say "lol", like it's a word, because I find it amusing.)

They are supremely adorable in suits. I don't think I'd ever seen them do that before, which was awesome.

Thank you for this! I love your show report, it really captures the innocent playfulness of the banter to a 'T.' Muchos gracias for the Linnell-with-clarinet shots, too, and for clarifying that there aren't good ones out there because he wasn't spotlighted.
