Yes, the politicians should not decide on decreasing or increasing troops, but they decide where they are sent. You already know that, but you can't seperate one from the other. I didn't watch it and I'm dissappointed in myself.

The State Of The Union Adress last night was absolutely pathetic. It upset me to a great deal. And yes , the Patriot Act is a terrible idea, no way should this pass.
