hey, i did my PFA today inside because it was so windy outside. i did well even with my broken finger. i did 61 situps, 43 push-ups, and a 12:30 mile and half but i did an extra lap. i wasn't really suppose to do the push ups but i was like what the fuck, i don't want to have this follow me to my next duty station. and it doesn't really hurt me
