I miss his easy smile. I miss his laugh. I wish I could miss the sadness in his eyes. I want to miss the quiet world he has retreated into these last weeks. Why can’t he just talk to me?

Arriving at the hotel in Belfast I am pleased to know soon he will be forced to deal with me. We always room together. I am thankful for that at least.
