I wonder where 'no motivation for coding' when people get older comes from?

• Is it age? They say people get less motivated and creative when getting older.


• Is it experience? Do we want to protect us from future frustrations?


• Or is it plain boredom? Is there really nothing new in the world that brings
  us to the need of writing more software?
