Now that I'm free of my IUD, I'm thinking of getting a menstrual cup. Do any of you use one, and if so, got any tips/tricks/advice? Also, I'm thinking of going for the DivaCup specifically as I don't care to keep rubber in my vagina O_o

I've been using a DivaCup for over a year, and I love it. You just have to be certain that you've given it the twist so that it pops open and suctions to your cervix, otherwise it will probably leak. There are a million types of folds that you could use, but I prefer the punch down fold to the one in the instructions thingy. I got mine for $15 shipped from some online eco shop.

Oh, thank you so much! :D Yeah, I'm definitely getting a cup...I've spent so much on tampons over the last four days and have been bleeding SO much (super tampon is getting soaked in less than an hour) that it's just obscene. So I'm excited about the prospects of the cup. Plus, that way I can see how much I'm bleeding (which has currently got me VERY concerned).
