I think one of the reasons people are focusing so much on whether or not Mary-Kate actually has an ED or not is because she actually does look sickly in the face. Both of the twins are gorgeous but I think Ashley is the cuter of the two, extremely skinny without looking tired and sick as Mary-Kate has started to appear. :/
