I would be very careful with this. I've heard of something like this where an evil spirit lures people in on terms of befriending them and then when the person lets their guard down thinking they can trust them, they spring the trap. Your brother has every right to be worried on this here. Please be careful, I wouldn't want anything to happen.

Hmm...having a secret nook to sneak off to with, say, certain special friends can come in handy. Too bad those rooms were occupied, but I bet if you found one set there have to be at least a dozen others that haven't seen the light of day in years. I may have to do some investigating...
