I sent a nasty customer complaint letter to Shaw's. I got an automated response that contained my entire message with "Regards, Shaw's" at the end. I find it amusing...

I've always like Shaws, but I've had many similar experiences at Market Basket. (Moldy herbs, terrible produce selection, etc.)

It's only the Shaw's I live next too that I have a problem with. In fact, I like the Shaw's near Back Bay, it's selection is great. But whoever manages the one I go to really needs to be fired. It's really just one particular store I'm raging about, but I don't know. I guess I wanted them to feel my anger, so I threatened to boycott them all. It just sucks because it's the only store with in a reasonable easy to get to walking distance (5 minute walk versus a 20 minute one), and it's all around horrid. I can't think of the last time I went there that something didn't piss me off.
