A Return to LJ

It's been very, very quiet around here. I didn't think my move to tumblr would end up being so all-encompassing, but it has been - not because I prefer tumblr as a fannish platform to LJ (I still don't!) but because some of the people I interact with on tumblr have also become real-life, close friends

I've been having a tag open with this post for two days now, wanting to write something but somehow felt I shouldn't or that you wouldn't want me to since we never knew each other over here (and I still feel I made a mess of things with the blog...) But I've had one glögg now, so I'm going for it and saying hi!

You're back on here! I'm constantly on tumblr, but it feels like more of a distraction than LJ does. I'm just reblogging content, not actively engaging in it like I do with LJ. It's so much easier to use words on a platform built for words, I guess. I think I have to start using my LJ a little more, too :)
