While I am glad to see the atmosphere of merriment among the population after last week curses, I would truly suggest to exercise caution, specially among the youth and the portion of the population who aren't used to beer, about your own limits. We must focus on the ones who truly need attention. There are plenty who are handling themselves with grace. The children accidentally ingesting alcohol worry me the most.

Well, yes. But there tends to be a certain amount of mass drunkenness and green vomiting every year, though people get their beer in more conventional ways.
