Yesterday was too cruel--we did what we could. Curse days like those always do crowd the City General. It makes me more grateful we do have a Hospital and private clinics to attend when we are in need of treatment. Maybe I'm in a nostalgic mood lately, for two years have passed since my arrival in July, but these facilities are even newer than my ( Read more... )

I was told I should speak with you about obtaining a position at the hospital.

I see, I see. There is no requirement you should talk to me. Some do pay me respect due to seniority, but that is all. You can present yourself to administration, get an appointment and join us at your leisure.

I wouldn't be sure to tell you. I do know people have been stationed in this place for over a year before my arrival two years ago. Maybe it was here forever, but opened its doors to "visitors" three-four years ago?

That's a very good past time to have; the City has so many mysteries to unravel.

I admit that idea never crossed my head. Last year there wasn't a celebration. Do you believe it's necessary?

Mm-- it'll be my two year-anniversary here as well two days before that, not counting the year I was here prior to that arrival.

Time flies so fast, doesn't it, luv?

Mine was in July. I forgot completely about the date because I arrived in poor condition to remember it.

It truly does.

Goodness, the staff has changed so. Do you remember? Dr. Faust, Dr. Ryuuken, Isane, Momo... I think I remember them the most clearly.

It makes me realize how many friends of ours have been able to leave. Think we ought to celebrate? Even if it does mean having been in the City for so long...

Dr. Akechi and Captain Unohana, too. I remember your namesake's wedding so clearly.

Ah--if you are in mood for shindig, someone else proposed we organize an anniversary party. There is going to be a meeting at the cafeteria to decide against or for the idea.

I had no idea that the hospital was founded while people were here. Everyone acts like most of the city has been here before anyone remembers arriving.

It wasn't and neither were the prison nor the currency. Money literally rained from the sky the day the Hospital opened, rainbow coins everywhere. That was unforgettable.

That certainly sound unforgettable. What did people do before there was money?

And the police force? I know so many people don't give the force enough credit for the good job. They was more violence if I remember correctly. All those idle hands...

Joining in on the "the hospital is only two years old?" bandwagon. It "feels" pretty lived in--so does most of the City, really.

The way that the "Forgiveness" curse came before the "Kill your friends and befriend your enemies," curse seems like the product of beings with a very strange sense of humor.

The organization has improved since last year. There were hostile attacks within the surgery rooms and intense care areas that make us consider tight the security. The special wards to handle zombie and other outbreaks from unknown viruses were also established by trial and error. We have grown and learned from our mistakes.

Unfortunately, I don't know what to say about curses anymore. Any repetition would be redundant with the popular opinion.

Well that's good.

Yeah, I can see that. ^_^

We are still short from security guards. The rotation and departures make those positions not very steady.
