yes, i definitely will hang with you! i arrive on sunday; my plane lands at like 2 PM at oakland airport, so i'll take public transit to my hotel (just sotuh of campus) and maybe we can get together later that afternoon? i assume i'll be done with travel & check in by 4 PM, maybe earlier. i'll send email with exact times and phone # too.

i really don't have that much free time (sunday afternoon/evening, and monday night from 4 PM on) so i really don't need all that much to do. definitely gonna hit up amoeba and other records or comic stores if i can find em.

chez panisse (www.chezpanisse.com) is arguably the most important eattery in the past 30 years. its a bit meaty and pricy. ive never been there.
