they have the right to go through your bag if they're under suspicion most airports have a sk key. so unlocks everything

"and maybe if its the case someone wouldnt have stashed weeed in there.. But dissing the country and shit is wack.."

people are dumb so are the people who dont give a fuck about other people likes yourself

"Maybe our own government should shoot drug dealers.. Might make our fucking coutry alot better."

hahah, watch your back.. no, you watch your back... its the crazian here defending my peoples honour! ahah, man chill out dude, people are entitled to their opinion, and crafter is fairly spot on with this shit. why should i be crying and fighting over some girl i dont know, who has had a lot of bad shit thats been found out about her? And the whole things about airports having a "right" to go through your bag with a key is a load of codswallop. they cant search unless they ask and get your permission. and yes, indonesia has a harsher law when it comes to drugs but at least they make you not want to be involved with drugs, unlike australia and america where every second person is a freaking drug dealer. or maybe your a secret user and thats why your gettign narky cos your supply will be over!

Totally agree, do the crime, do the time.....she knew the risks of running drugs into a country which so strictly enforces its laws.....but remember one thing, the people who detonated a bomb in a crowded area killing innocent people (some of whom happened to be Australian) received a sentence approximately one tenth of what Schapelle Corby received, so if there happens to be some public backlash against the Indonesia government initially, this should be taken into consideration.

I think people just feel slightly sorry for someone convicted after a case filled with so much questionable evidence? Which part of the case convinced you of her guilt?

guilty or not.. There was evidence to say she was quilty.. The weed in her bag.. Last time u weant to bali u atleast jammed drugs in ya asss or somewhere safe.. hahah.. Most people never actually plead guilty.. So how do we know if they are or not.. Go on there word.. if that was the case we would have murderers off freee. it be like letting a dude off for killing his wife and kids.. cause he says he loved them... Just cause someone says they are innocent. doesnt mean shit..

I dont think anybody has ever been acquitted just because they said they didnt do it. Prisons are full of people who still say they're innocent, but the fact that they're still in jail means that it takes much more than their denial to cast doubt on the prosecutors case.
Whether we think she did it or not doesnt really matter in the long run does it? The sticking point for most people is her motivation - why bring that much weed in that obvious a hiding place on a holiday to a country where it wouldnt be worth it to sell and where you know kids who get busted with drugs get shot to death? Mens Rea and Actus Rea - you need a guilty mind as well as the guilty action. Sorry, personally I'm over the whole saga and think its pointless for people to get fired up over it, but you gotta see it from both sides.

don't even think about putting drugs in your ass Crafter. a) it might leak and break your edge. and b) there is no way u could say you didn't know they were there.
ps. Last time Gump was there he grabbed the wrong surfboard from the airport and walked through customs out into the street. Then he realised, walked the opposite way back through customs, put the bag back and grabbed the right board. that's how "strict" they are.
