I'm on my way to get my Mom & Dad tattoo. I always wanted one, something like a traditional heart and banner tattoo but with a twist. So I am getting TOMATOES with banners instead, one will have a nurse hat and one will have a chefs hat and HOPEFULLY a mustache. I can't wait to see it. Our artist seems pretty stoked on it. So PSYCHED!!!

My father saw the doctor today and the lump in his lung appears to be benign. So he'll just have to get it checked every once in a while to keep an eye on it. How is it that BOTH of my parents can have tumors in their body like this? At least they'll be keeping the CAT scan people in business ( Read more... )

It's been 4 months in our new apartment and I am BLISSFULLY happy. Seriously!! Our landlord is awesome, he is very responsive, he is laid back, he takes great care of the property, and he's NOT crazy/on drugs. I'm very proud of myself, I hiked today and although at times I felt like I was going to die, I did it!! I just came home, took the coldest shower, and I'm eating a freeze pop. Later I get to grill with my bestest friends and have some drinks. What a perfect day!

I'm still trying to talk myself out of just going and buying that Betsey Johnson purse. There are too many expenses coming up. I'm thinking of saving my tip money from my 2nd job to buy it! That might be the best idea ( Read more... )
