I think that's very good you're trying to improve yourself.
I'm working on the health thing as well.
It's kind of hard to not binge on after-school snacks, but ultimately, I feel healthier and better. And working out can be fun if you have enough variation so it doesn't get boring.
Once it makes a difference, it will be rewarding. I guess, until then, it's pretty demanding and basically just sucks.
