Copypaste and fill out accordingly. Do you want to repost the prompt, and I'll delete this one? :)

I am pretty new to actually having an LJ account, so also managed to forget I could delete my own post.
I'll copy real quick and delete and repost, than you, sorry!

The guy hooked up to the vent, the one who was brought in with major head trauma, handsome beneath all the roadrash and bruising but has yet to regain consciousness ... what's his story?
Maybe nurses are trying to piece it together through his visitors. The old guy with the ballcap who gives "surly" a bad name. The dark-haired woman with the son, maybe an ex-wife? The man in the rumpled raincoat who just stares, bird-like, at all the confusing machines. And the tall guy in need of a haircut, whose eyes look as wounded as the man in the bed.
Chart says "Winchester, Dean." No one's sure if he'll wake up again.
(OR! Might be interesting if Dean is aware of his goings-on, can hear and see through the narrowest slits, but can't respond. Totally up to author! I adore Dean POV too. *is greedy like that*)

No one can figure out why he won't open his eyes.
