Ginger is gorgeous! The mix of westie and jack russell genes is great for producing friendly, smart and active little pooches. Don't you feel so maternal, with the feeding and toilet training;she's just like a little baby... The latest dog breeding fad these days is a Labradoodle(cross between Labrador and Poodle), its quite a big dog actually.

I live in the city and sometimes visit Upmarket Pets out of curiosity - they appear very well stocked and their staff are professional too. My friend who keeps two dogs - a Maltese and a Shih Tzu, also gets his doggy stuff from Upmarket Pets. I usually visit the RSPCA on Sundays to get my 'petting' fix and hang out with the stray moggies and lonely doggies.

Does Ginger like sushi?

haha well i never tried feeding her sushi before so i don't really know. i have a feeling she'd probably like it. right now i'm just sticking to feeding her pedigree kibbles and canned food, occasional pieces of leftover bones. i tried feeding her peanut butter because the people at the pet store said dogs like peanut butter but i don't think ginger likes it. some of my friends said pedigree isn't a good brand to feed dogs tho so i don't know, maybe i'll change it to sth else.. altho i don't know what. but yeah, i just love hanging out at pet store~ so many cute puppies :) hehe~

Wow, your puppy looks so cute. I like dogs and cats very much (at home I had one dog and two cats), but I don't get one here in Melbourne because it seems to be too complicated to raise a pet at my rented flat.

Thank you for the website. I will see if I can learn anything from it to provide 'distant training' for my dog at home(through instructing my parents :-P).

Good luck with the training!
