Since I've started, I've gone from having headaches at least 3 times a week from being chronically dehydrated to being hydrated (sometimes bordering on being OVERhydrated). I'm working out 3-5 times a week, either at a gym or on my own, and I'm getting muscle definition back in my torso that I lost my first or second year of college. I'm back ( Read more... )

In Charleston, SC for the weekend to celebrate Jeff Sweet's recent marriage. Long 10.5 hour trip, but what an amazing trip thus far. Getting back into writing again.  It's been great therepy for me.  Lots of personal entries and FO entries right now, but I'll do some public ones here after I work some thoughts outta me that I need to get out.
