Alys. I checked the place out; found a few details, nothing really substantial. There were unmarked canisters in the ventilation system, and a few neighbors say that they saw three big guys snooping around the building earlier. Two of them were the ones in the video. Dunno about the third.

I saw someone else on the second level talking about how people can't die here. I'm guessing he meant people who were brought in like we were, since those others . . . [trails off] You know anything about whether it's true or not?

[Cloud gives Zack a grateful grin, and pats his bracer with the materia in it.] Keep ahold of your materia for now, okay? I'm gonna go have a quick look around before suiting up for fighting or anything.

Sounds like a plan. [checks over the orbs again, thinking] Have you mastered any materia yet?

Um... [scratches the back of his head sheepishly] Just...my Restore, back home. I usually did a lot of the healing, since I'm kind of faster and smaller than most of the other guys. [says it reluctantly]

Nothing to be ashamed of. That's why I usually use Regen, since I take a lot of hits and I'm not too quick with Cure. Took me forever to level my Curaga materia. If I didn't have Healing Wind and a billion potions, I probably would've been toast.

You can't even carry a billion potions, [Cloud mutters, but he's smiling. That does make him feel a little better.]

[scoffs] Maybe you can't carry that many. I totally did.
