Days of blistering drudgery wishing you were someone else, someplace else. Today was abysmal from blinding sleeplessness to irresponsibility to a mounting sense of impending doom and a burnt swollen finger. The frustration was overwhelming. And looking back, I recall sitting in the thoughtless sun, like a forgotten cake drying out in the oven.

Australian weather needs to get its head screwed on tight. Torrential rains and perpetually overcast skies for weeks on end and now, THE SUN? I feel so lazy in Brisbane.
