Oh geez. I don't use this. I'm all Facebook now. But whenever I am pregnant, I come back and reread my entries and compare and contrast. I am currently 14w4d with baby #3. This pregnancy has been... Oliver's Journey
So in his 11 short days of life so far, Oliver has been through a lot. Before it all starts running together or I start forgetting it all, I am going to document it here.

Oliver is born! I was GBS+ and labor was only 3.5 hours, so I only received one dose of antibiotics in labor. He weighs 8lbs.

18m word explosion
At her 18m appointment I showed her doctor the 15 or so words she used. They were simple ones like mama, daddy, hi, yes, that, thank you, baby, owie, uh oh, diaper, peepee, poopoo, etc. I said I was worried that she didn't have more and wouldn't use words to communicate what she exactly wanted, instead just pointing and saying "that." he wasn't ( Read more... ) -
18m interest inventory
Just in case I ever look back and want to know what hazels favorite toys or activities are:
1) swinging and sliding. We could do this all day everyday.
2) little people zoo talkers zoo and safari truck. She loves the heck out of this thing. And awesome Christmas gift.

Oh preg woes. My body is on a rampage. In the last couple of weeks I gained back all the weight I lost and then some :(. I'm having excessive, absurd, mind-numbing fatigue. Like haven't slept in a week need toothpicks to keep my eyes open even though I slept fine and just woke up an hour ago. Finally called the OB about it this morning and they ( Read more... ) -
Bedtime
Hazel officially weaned about 3 weeks ago. Just after Halloween. She was down to twice a day (nap and bedtime) and then she just stopped asking altogether. She was 16 months. I am sorry to say that I don't miss it one tiny bit. I find our "cuddle snuggles" to be a much calmer, more pleasant bonding time. Now instead of nursing to sleep, we crawl ( Read more... ) -

So my heart has been all wacky again :(. I hoped I would get away without it this time, but it starts racing and I can't breathe and I have to sit and do some deep breathing or I'll black out :(. I was just saying the other day that I was worried that Hazel doesn't mimic us when we talk, but she's been doing it all day today :). Saying hello and bye bye She was telling me higher, higher when I was swinging her and tonight she even said beep, beep! After I told her beep beep to back away from the oven <3. Haha.
