Is there some kind of new rule where we're not allowed to enjoy ourselves ever? Or is it just hate on Wayne Hopkins because he's the closest thing to a muggle in this school because he's so much cooler than you day/term/year?

Just because it took me a few days to get my hands on a spare journal to get someone to charm for me I missed out on those rating things. What a let-down. I clearly would have been a perfect 10.
