im really getting sick of the fact that Mr.C wont cast me as anyone because he always wants me dancing. Or because im on dance team. Its really becomming a blow to my self-esteem...i almost dont want to do anything because of the dissapointment id have to face. i kno i kno...no small parts only small actors...but Mr.C makes me feel small :(

im gonna tell u the same thing i told dellie.. listen, you and dellie both came into the theatre group at everglades as sophomores and you scored leading roles in grease. mr c definitely knows you guys are talented.. just because you dont have a speaking role in the wiz doesnt mean you have to second guess your talent!!! you guys have plenty more opportunities to land leading roles, and you know you will... sometimes.. if he doesnt see you in a certain part, he wont cast you.. and i dont mean you.. im just sayin in general.. when he casted for shrew, i was soo pissed.. i wanted one of the girl roles, because he promised me.. and when i didnt get it.. i wanted to cry. but i asked him afterwards why he didnt want me as anything, and he flat out told me, lyssa, i just didnt see you as any of these roles.. so lu, u have to understand.. unfortunately, he knows what he's doing, not to say you arent capable in being one of these roles.. but that he cant cast anyone, and just because you dont have a speaking role doesnt mean you arent

Grease is the only one and i was an understudy that nobody cared about. and it seems like hes promised so many peopple "lead roles" in the future that it wont make a difference if i have talent or not. and im not directing that at you. but he does that and you know it whether you admit it or not. I mean come on, in the next big thing i bet you money that Dellie will get a main part just because of what happened this time around.
