Today started off sunny but not too long ago converted to a kick-ass thunder storm. I hope this is God practising his sudden weather changes for the final Test. Finally I have internet access again after being disconnected for sometime, this being a result of moving house. Thats right I now live in sunny Cumbria. Not really, I actually moved less than a 30 second walk round the corner to a bigger house. Where you at with the flat and guarantor business? My girlfriend WAS an estate agent until about 6 months ago and i have more qualifications in property and rentals and letting and guarantors and income multiples etc than you can shake a stick at.
