while the writer was away, we both lost 4 pounds. i only drank twice and went crazy with smartphone workouts (gps hiking, 250 situp app, etc). we're going to try to maintain.
Which app are you using for that? I have been working out a lot on my bench and I tend to do reps of either 50 or 100 crunches. My goal is at least 200 a day. Sometimes I do 300.
I'm downloading the situp app. My arm workout is good with my exercise bench. I do 7 or 8 different workouts for my arms with the bands/bars. My arms are looking great after 2 weeks! More to go obviously but I definitely notice the difference. My stomach is better but there is much more to go.
