"No. I didn't forget." It just took Leon off guard. People didn't automatically write off Aerith as his girlfriend. Or not, as the case was. "She's a friend," offered after a few moments of silence broken only by the sound of Seifer eating.

Most people also weren't Seifer. He'd made a long and fruitful living out of poking buttons, he was hardly going to stop now.

Too bad for Seifer, this Leon didn't have quite the same buttons as his Squall did. He'll just have to start from scratch and work his way up the list.
