Giving up cheese is REALLY hard. I love things like pizza, mexican food with cheese, parmesan on pasta, etc. I think as long as you keep track of how much cheese you're eating it's not so bad to have a slice of pizza here or there. I am trying to reduce my dairy intake, its HARD!
