I caved. again. I wanted to weigh myself since I felt like I peed all day yesterday, started my period, and moved my bowels. haha I lost 2.5 pounds, which means my grand total for recovery is 5 pounds. Which isn't too shabby since I am eating. I think I need to increase as I woke in the middle of the night STARVING!!! And I had a *small* heart palp

I'm trying to strike a balance. But I guess I'm doing better than I was when I was skipping meals and throwing up. It's just not the progress I hoped for. You hope once you WANT recovery, you just can do it. Not so simple.
