I do not want to know what I weight at the moment. I drank three glasses of margarita mix. I was hammered. And now my head is pounding. between all the salt and alcohol I know that I'm a bloated mess. I will give it a few days of major rehydration/flushing and see where I'm at. (

You are a brave soul to go out running in bad weather conditions! I used to though years ago - but that was when I was deep in my exercise addiction.
I used to run, but now I actually prefer power walking with sprints every few minutes for cross training (and I still have great speed - I've actually passed some joggers!). I still work up a great sweat and I don't hurt my knees or joints, and I still got amazingly toned legs doing that. Running now just feels too punishing to me. But whatever makes YOU feel good. Just don't push it too hard.
Your book sounds great. I love your dedication to the journal questions. I never seem able to follow through with them when I'm doing books like that. Kudos to you!

It was just fun! date night kind of thing. We listened to 90s music and laughed. Especially at guns and roses Civil War. If that song cans it today.... lmbo!
I go between restricting and purging through exercise. Since we had Burger King Friday, I needed to undo that with a run. Plus I didn't eat the bottom bun for calorie reasons. I do love running. I like the way I feel about my body after. I like that I look like a hard ass in the snow lol! It's therapy.
I keep going back and forth between the desire to restrict and purge and wanting to lift weights to build muscle. ugh.
