So it's The Marching Morons, but on a less believable timescale?

Kind of, only there are no smart people running things, out in front or behind the scenes. The movie doesn't Godwin itself by coming up with a "Final Solution," and thirdly, it's a comedy. It's not the most clever comedy out there, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
