Well, I'm allergic to facebook (there's been a few amusing incidents of students where I work being "found" by current or potential advisors), so indeed, we can be nerdy here!

Still working on the Chemistry PhD. At the moment, my project involves building a multicultural religious shrine to the laser gods in hopes that our equipment will start working again- just recently, we had a major breakthrough when the advisor saw it and pretended nothing strange was going on.

Well, yesterday I bought myself Cicero's Pro Milone to keep my Latin translation skills up now that I'm not doing that in class any more.

Working in a neurobiology lab for the next ~1.5 years while I contemplate grad school, having graduated with my BS/MS in neuroscience last May.

I'm buckling actin in order to finish up my Master's of Science in Physics and reading ancient Buddhist texts for my Sanskrit minor. That or playing Wii.
