The Yoink show was fucking crazy. It felt better than attending my own funeral ever could. Where do you go from something like that? It was fun and amazing and depressing and a slap in the face, all at once. Thank you to everyone who was there to watch me be 21 again.

Got Abbie's Macbook up and running tonight, through the fancy schmancy method of Archive and Install, so I am gonna finish up a lot of electronic songs for the next phase of my unhealthy music obsession. Expect good things.

Well, okay, not ALL of them, but I'll be damned if listening to "Alone: the Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo" didn't make me feel like I just woke up in my old bed, all high-schooled and wide-eyed, with everything from the Green Album to Make Believe all being part of some sweaty fever dream ( Read more... )

there is this kid eating pizza in front of me. He's eating it like I imagine a cartoon character (not unlike Charlie Brown) would eat. I cannot explain this at all, nor do I care to.
