Well, I finally finished one of my ongoing projects. Since we moved, I have been building all of my lego sets, which is no small task. Then over Labor Day weekend, I built shelves for the Star Wars legos I have. The weeks after I painted them, and I finally finished the Star Destroyer today, so I took pics of the completed shelves:

I've been to a Blackhawks game every year since the 92-93 season, including the lockout shortened season of 94. And tonight, my Blackhawks have won the Stanley Cup!!!!!!!

Well, on Friday December 13th, 2002, at the age of 30, I moved in to my own townhouse. It was the first house I had ever bought and owned (well, technically the bank owned it and I was paying a mortgage.) And now, 7 1/2 years later, I have officially sold it. So today, the tinner was talking to the plumber about being laid off last winter. The tinner had to file for Unemployment, and the plumber remarked,"Yeah, that's a lot of work filing for unemployment."
I said,"Isn't it ironic that filing for unemployment is so much work?" I think the irony was lost on them...

So, today I was installing breakers in an electric panel in a house. We label all of the wires that come in so we know which wire goes to which circuit. The one for the living room in this particular house we abbreviated as "LIV" on the little tab. Well, as I was landing the wire on the breaker, the little tab fell off. So, yesterday we played our RPG. It's been a while due to the holidays, so it was fun to all get together again and play. My character is a Falleen scoundrel. Well, our setting this time was a Sabaac tournament on Cloud City. I took Gambler as a Talent to give me a boost on my gambling checks.
